Program Expectations

Respect - Mentors and Mentees will uphold the values of mutual respect and cultural humility.

Transparency - Mentors must be willing and able to offer advice about academics, extracurriculars, and applications.

Commitment - Mentors and Mentees are required to meet at least once a month. Mentor-Mentee meetings are flexible and arranged by the two parties.

Duration - Mentors and Mentees will be paired for at least 1 year.
